TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Strongsville, OH.
CDL A Driver Details
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 600 am start, 8-10 hours per day
- Pay: $31 Per Hour, Overtime after 40 hours
- Route Type: Local. Delivering to OH, PA, MI, IN, and KY
- Freight / Load Type: Metal
- Equipment: Automatic trucks, straight truck, flatbed, tractor-trailer, and pickup truck
- Handling: Light touch
CDL A Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport goods in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements: - License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable flatbed experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
