We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing operations throughout the Hampton Roads area. This position involves shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Candidates with the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish are encouraged to apply, as bilingual skills may be beneficial in some work environments.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks is a plus.
- Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
- Forklift certification or previous equipment operating experience.
- Experience with RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, or logistics experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are welcomed and may be helpful depending on the assignment
