We are looking to add a partner to our Hematology/Oncology team in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group.

Join Our Team:
- Join 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 2 AOCNPs, and a dynamic support team of social workers, navigators, clinical trial staff, infusion nurses and more
- Primarily outpatient oncology practice with a small amount of hematology
- State-of-the-art Cancer Institute with leading-edge treatment technology
- 4.5 day workweek
- Call 1:5 weeks
- Nurse Practitioners round on patients in hospital
- Strong referral network of 160+ providers across more than 39 specialties
- Epic EHR
- Physicians perform outreach: clinics within 45 minutes and days are scheduled into their regular workweek

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000-$600,000 depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $600,000 - $1,000,000+.
