Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
- Completion of an accredited Transplant Nephrology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted North Carolina medical license
- Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
