Health First is seeking a skilled, motivated, and surgical-ready Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our rapidly growing, high-performing Orthopedics team. This dynamic opportunity allows you to work side-by-side with an elite orthopedic surgeon, playing an integral role in the OR, managing diverse clinical cases, and ensuring exceptional patient care continuity across all age groups.
What You’ll Do

Surgical Excellence: Provide high-level first-assist support across a wide range of advanced orthopedic procedures.

Comprehensive Clinical Care: Manage a diverse patient panel, including same-day orthopedic access, workers' compensation cases, and specialized bone wellness programs.

Advanced Modalities: Administer joint injections and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies (experience preferred).

On-Call Support: Participate in the hospital call rotation specifically for orthopedic spine cases.

Practice Growth: Serve as a vital clinical resource and point of access for fellow providers while actively contributing to clinic operations as patient volume scales.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with mandatory surgical/first-assist experience.

Credentials: Active Florida licensure (or ability to obtain), active DEA certification, and strong communication skills.
