- Advanced structural heart program (TAVR, Watchman, LAAO) with hybrid OR access
- Immediate procedural volume from an established referral base of 6 non-invasive cardiologists
- Backed by 2 cardiothoracic surgeons
- Shared 1-in-6 STEMI call with general call backup
Compensation and Benefits:
- $800k guaranteed, first 18 months
