Overview:
** Per Diem ** Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practioners (NNP) for our Garden City, Kansas Practice - Apply Today!
Responsibilities:
- Level II NICU
- 24 hour shift: coverage includes rounding inhouse, on-call
- Minimum of 10 chest tube inserts/case logs in past 24 months
- Neonatologist supervision provided daily via telemedicine coverage.
- Ideal candidate has ongoing availability for consecutive shifts of coverage during a scheduling request.
Qualifications:
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification
- Minimum of a Master s Degree
- Active KS License or Elig for Compact
- Minimum of 1 Year's Experience
** This direct per diem position does offer furnished local housing for on 16 hour on call portion of the shift.
Benefits and Compensation:
Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. W-2 designated position.
