Position Overview
Join our expanding Gastroenterology service line in southern Illinois, where youll work side-by-side with experienced surgeons, physicians, and fellow Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a strong work-life balance within one of the health systems most vital service lines.
Opportunity Highlights
- Provide comprehensive care for gastroenterology patients under physician supervision

- Collaborate with four additional APPs
- Full clinical schedule of approximately 18 patients per day
Education & Training Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (CAHEA-accredited), or
- Masters Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (CCNEA-accredited)
Licensure & Certifications
- Current Illinois license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current NCCPA certification (PA) or AACC certification (APN)
