ArchWell Health is seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join our elite team in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule.
Practice Model
- Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities
- Average 12-16 patients per day upon ramp up
- Rotating tele call shared among in-market physicians
- Dedicated admin time built into schedule
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed
- Quality metrics-based bonus
- Weekends hours available, not required
- MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, not required
- Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure (Kansas licensure is a plus)
