Vitals MedSpa is hiring a Licensed Esthetician to join a physician-supervised aesthetics practice in Allen. You'll work alongside a board-certified family physician and FNP — clinical backup, medical-grade equipment, and an established patient base from our primary care side.
Services you'll perform
- HydraFacial
- Microneedling and microneedling with PRP
- Skin analysis, consultations, and treatment planning
- Retail and treatment-package recommendations
What we need
- Active Texas Esthetician license (TDLR) — required
- 1+ year in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting preferred; new grads with strong skills considered
- TDLR Laser Hair Removal certification is a significant plus (we operate TITANs2K and PicoPeak platforms — certified candidates move to the top of the list)
- Genuine consultative sales ability. You'll be rewarded for it.
Compensation: $[18–24]/hr base plus commission on services and retail. Realistic total $[45–65]K depending on book and productivity. Employee treatment pricing, paid training on our device platforms.
Schedule: Full or part-time, flexible. Some evenings/Saturdays.
