About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Clinton, MA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 7pm Start time, 8-9 hours per day
- Pay: $29 Per Hour, $1,300 - $1,400 Estimated weekly pay
Job Details
- Route Type: Local, Shuttle runs
- Freight / Load Type: Machinery and Parts
- Equipment: Automatic Transmission
- Handling: No touch freight
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport machinery and parts in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc.
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: None
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
