TransForce is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA.

Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 estimated weekly pay
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Start time 6 AM; 8-10 hours per day; average 40 - 50 hours per week
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Hauling seafood to hotels & restaurants
- Equipment: Refrigerated box truck
- Handling: Pallet jack for deliveries & some warehouse work
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes
- Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
- Perform some warehouse work after deliveries are completed
Minimum Requirements
- License: Non-CDL, valid Driver's License
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable Box Truck driving experience
- Equipment Experience: Box truck
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
