TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Boston, MA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $22 Per Hour + OT, ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus), $950 - $1,050 Estimated Weekly Pay
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday, start time 6 AM. 8-10 hours per day, averaging 40-50 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16' automatic reefer box truck on local routes.
- Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Perform required handling tasks including using a pallet jack for deliveries.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries.
Minimum Requirements
- License: Non-CDL
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Equipment Experience: Box truck.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
