The Role:
* Location: Lansing, MI
* Assignment duration: Start ASAP; 91 days
* Board Certified in AANA: [REQUIRED]
* Active State Medical License: Michigan required / Will accept providers needing to obtain state license
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS [REQUIRED]
* Shift Type: Weekday day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* In House Call: None / No call responsibilities
* Cases: Endoscopy Center - MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care); EGD, colonoscopy, biopsies as needed; CRNA solo cases
* Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10-16
* Practice Setting: Dedicated Endoscopy Center
* Site Charting System: EPIC
* Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No (CRNA practices independently in this setting)
* Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric
* Credentialing: 60-120 days
* Local Provider Only: Mileage reimbursement only (facility reimburses mileage at the IRS standard rate)
