This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Outpatient clinic Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Inpatient rounding Monday 7:00am to Monday 7:00am with hospital call one week per month. Possible afternoon clinic on Tuesday and Thursday during call weeks.
- Practice Setting: Hybrid setting including both inpatient and outpatient care at Woodland Cancer Care Center, 8955 West 400 North, Michigan City, IN 46360.
- Type of cases and required procedures: General hematology and oncology cases. Must be able to follow NCCN guidelines, respond to medication side effects, and manage chemotherapy treatment plans.
- Credentialing timeframe: Up to 90 days.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Certifications required: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
- Licensure required: Active Indiana license and DEA required. IMLC not accepted.
