My child gets out of school at 1:45 every day. He will need to be picked up at that time, brought home, and get started on his homework. Structured activities, games, outdoor play, etc. should be after homework.
His older brother will be home by 4 everyday and can take over. I'm looking for someone from 1:45-4 Monday through Friday while school is in session.
