Pay & Schedule Details
- Weekly Pay: $1,800 guaranteed
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, home every weekend
Job Details
- Route Type: Regional, within a 400-mile radius
- Freight/Load Type: Steel products, building materials, pipe, lumber
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Handling: Strap and tarp when needed; $75 bonus for tarping more than 3 times per week
- Trucks equipped with refrigerators and hookups for microwaves
- Pet policy available
- Rider policy available
- Drivers can take the truck home
- No oversized loads
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including strapping and tarping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Minimum Requirements
- License: Class A
- Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
