Our beloved nanny is leaving at the beginning of August, and I'm looking for a regular babysitter/part-time nanny in Deerfield. We have a cat.
My older son is on the spectrum, and I would prefer someone who has experience working with children with special needs. Some light housekeeping/food prep is occasionally required. We have the occasional need for weekend hours or overnights if I'm traveling, but not regularly. The most needed availability is after school hours.
Please be creative, proactive, and comfortable with a house that doesn't function around traditional "punishments." We like to get messy, explore, and be active.
