Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Homecare experience required
- HCHB experience required
Assignment Details
- Coverage area includes St. Joseph & Marshall County
- Expected productivity is 27 points per week
- Key duties include SOC, ROC evaluations, recertifications, and revisits
