Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current license for state where practicing
- BS or Master‘s Degree in Physical Therapy

- Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday
- Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
