We are seeking a reliable Semi-truck Driver to move freight out of the ports of NY and NJ and make deliveries to various destinations within the tri-state area. This role primarily operates day shifts covering local and regional routes. The driver will focus on safe and timely transportation, with loading and unloading handled by a separate team. Pay is based on the moves, with average earnings ranging from $1500 to $2000 per week.
Responsibilities
- Transport freight efficiently and safely using a semi-truck
- Follow day-shift schedules for local and regional deliveries
- Navigate routes within the tri-state area and occasionally extended trips
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain communication with dispatch and logistics teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of truck driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
