Role Mission
To accelerate business growth for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses by leading a dedicated Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate account growth.
Lead a dynamic Account Management team at BizIQ, a trusted Google Featured Partner and Inc 5000 company, directly impacting the growth of thousands of small businesses. In this fully remote role, you'll drive client satisfaction and account expansion by fostering collaboration, mentoring your team, and implementing strategic retention and growth initiatives across a diverse range of digital marketing services. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference, contributing to our vision of empowering 150,000 businesses.
What You'll Do
- Lead a dedicated Account Management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to Small and Medium-Sized Businesses across various digital marketing channels.
- Promote collaboration and drive results within your team to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate account growth.
- Mentor your team in client relationship management for SMB marketing clients, covering Website Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Reputation Management, and Content Marketing.
- Implement and optimize retention and growth strategies to boost client retention and identify account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, tailored client solutions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain detailed client records to ensure team performance and promptly address complex client issues.
Great to Have
- 2+ years of experience managing customer success teams
- 5+ years of account and client management experience with a strong record of achieving retention and growth targets
- 5+ years experience with CRM tools, Microsoft or Google Office Suite of products
- Experience leading an Account Manager Team, fostering collaboration and results-oriented performance
- Experience mentoring client relationship management for SMB marketing clients
- Experience implementing retention and growth strategies to boost client retention and find account expansion opportunities
