Currently looking for nanny help for a 7-month-old, I have 2 older boys and another living in the house and it can be chaotic and impossible to spend time with my older boys due to my baby having extreme issues with being set down-im working on teaching him its okay to not always be held but for the time being I am looking for a weekend nanny who can dedicate 5-8 hrs per weekend to help out w the baby (when needed) and clean in-between his fussy times!
