PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES - General Surgical Cases (Adult & Pediatric)
- IV Regional Anesthesia
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Epidural Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia
- Obstetrical Cases
- Neurosurgical Cases
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Board Certified (AANA) - Required
- Licenses: Active MA License or willing to obtain
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience (new grads accepted)
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide anesthesia services in Main OR and Endoscopy suites
- Manage 3-5 surgical cases and 12-15 endoscopy cases per day
- Perform general, regional, spinal, epidural, IV regional anesthesia and obstetrical/neurosurgical cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team in a supervised setting
- Ensure accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse EMR
