Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Pennsylvania licensed CRNA for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in York, Pennsylvania. This hospital-based role provides medically directed anesthesia coverage across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas, with a Level I Trauma setting and Epic EMR.
Opportunity Details
- Location: York, Pennsylvania
- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
- Setting: Hospital anesthesia coverage
- Coverage: Full-time coverage (4–5 shifts per week)
- Scheduled Coverage: Start date of 09/21 (contract length through end of approval)
Schedule Details
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Shifts: 4–5 shifts per week, 10 hours each
- Shift times (varies by assignment): 06:15–16:45, 06:30–16:30, 07:00–17:00
Clinical Scope
- General anesthesia (GETA)
- Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
- Regional anesthesia techniques
- Spinal anesthesia
- Ultrasound-guided techniques
- Epidurals (without doctor present)
- Patient population: all ages
- Surgical and procedural areas may include: Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics
Practice Environment
- Hospital-based Level I Trauma setting
- Epic EMR
- Medically directed anesthesia model (1:3, max 1:4)
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
- Board Certified CRNA
- ACLS and PALS
- Minimum experience: 2 years preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hospital anesthesia in complex environments
- Experience across a broad scope of anesthesia techniques and procedures
