Minimum Requirements:
- Active Florida pharmacist license required.
- Hospital experience required.
- Sterile compounding experience required, including IV workflow systems ( DoseEdge, Compounding 360, or equivalent).
- Experience preparing neonatal and pediatric IV medications required.
- Experience with automated dispensing systems such as Pyxis MedStation and Pyxis Anesthesia Station preferred.
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) listed as a required certification for unit staff roles; pharmacist candidates should be prepared to collaborate with credentialed technicians.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hazardous drug compounding preferred.
- Experience with DoseEdge IV workflow management preferred.
- Experience in pediatric ICU and NICU pharmacy operations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Schedule includes rotating weekends (every other weekend).
- Uses IV workflow management systems such as DoseEdge and compounding technology.
