About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians begin early in the morning with scheduled OR cases and conclude by mid-afternoon, transitioning into a rotating call schedule covering evenings and overnight hours every third weeknight and every fourth weekend. The caseload encompasses general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, pain management, and endoscopy procedures. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques including spinals, epidurals, and blocks is required. The daily workflow is predictable, with three ORs in operation and a small team on site.
