About the Clinician's WorkdayThe physician will provide outpatient primary care services Monday through Friday in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting with a flexible schedule offering 8-hour or 10-hour shift options within a 40-hour work week. Clinical responsibilities include managing typical primary care cases across all age groups, addressing minor acute care needs, and delivering women's health services. Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 20-24 patients per day and document clinical encounters accurately. Additional clinicians, medical assistants, and LVN staff are present on-site to support daily operations, and credentialing is expedited for this position.
