Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide overnight inpatient hospital medicine coverage
- Manage admissions, cross-coverage, and acute inpatient issues
- Coordinate patient care with nursing and specialty services
- Participate in ACLS response and code situations as needed
- Collaborate with emergency department and specialty teams
- Documentation and order management within Paragon EMR

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
- North Carolina Medical License
- DEA Registration
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Board Eligible physicians must obtain certification within five years of residency completion
