Requirements:
• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology Required
• Active State License Required (Will Consider IMLC or Temporary License)
• DEA Required
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
• Experience Performing Full Spectrum Interventional Radiology Procedures Required
