Duties & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the Epic EMR system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs.
- Participate in clinical workflows as scheduled Monday through Friday.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in accordance with facility standards.
