JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE required
- Licenses: MO
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, Other: Completed ED Residency, If board certified in Emergency Med, do not need up to date certification if completed once
- Experience: Emergency Medicine residency completion required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care in a Level II Trauma facility.
- Perform essential emergency procedures including laceration repair, I&D, intubation, central lines, and chest tubes.
- Utilize point of care ultrasound and ultrasound-guided IVs.
- Collaborate with APPs and utilize DAX Co-Pilot for documentation.
- Manage patient flow in the Emergency Department, including the fast track lane.
