- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 Office Staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: No
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: BC/BE
- Licenses: IL or IMLC
- Certifications: BLS
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive wound care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Perform wound assessments, debridement, and advanced dressing changes
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for chronic and acute wounds
- Collaborate with nursing staff, office personnel, and referring providers
- Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
