Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility in Passaic, NJ regain or improve their daily skills following injury, illness, or disability. This opportunity provides direct patient care in a rehabilitative setting while offering experience in a community near urban and regional amenities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharge planning preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Workweek: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
