Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopaedic or sports-related settings preferred.
- Experience with TherOffice EMR preferred.
- Experience treating workers' compensation cases preferred.
- Ability to provide 30–40 minute treatment sessions and 30–60 minute evaluations as required by patient case mix.
- Resume required for consideration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with orthopaedic surgeons or in an orthopaedic clinic preferred.
- Experience with 4x10 scheduling model preferred.
Assignment Details
- Current onsite schedule uses 4x10s for core clinicians.
- Treatment session length typically 30–40 minutes, no double booking.
- Evaluations range from 30 minutes to 1 hour for select cases.
- Workers' compensation caseload present; candidate should be comfortable managing WC documentation and processes.
- EMR system in use: TherOffice.
