Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment, and documentation in electronic health records preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs and fall prevention preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
- Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
