Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedics experience required. Experience with NextGen outpatient orthopedic documentation preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day and perform 40-minute evaluations.
- No new graduates. Prior clinical experience in outpatient settings required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with direct access to referring physicians.
- Familiarity working with support staff in high-volume outpatient clinics.
- Prior travel or per diem experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday scheduling with flexible options.
- Approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour shift.
- 40 minutes allotted for evaluations.
- Start as soon as possible.
- May be required to float to nearby locations within the region.
