A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team.

What you’ll do Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management Participate in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule Support high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment
What we’re looking for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NICU experience preferred Open to strong new grads with NICU background RN NICU background considered DEA required Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
