Position overview
We are hiring for packers in a food production facility in Dallas, TX to inspect, pack, label, and palletize finished products. The facility is a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled production environment. This will be a rotating night shift schedule on a 2-2-3 pattern.
Responsibilities
Inspecting finished products for defects, contamination, or damage
Packing products into the correct boxes per item and case-count specs
Verifying labels, item codes, and quantities before sealing
Stacking, taping, labeling, and palletizing boxes
Following all GMP rules — hairnet, beard net, gloves, PPE, hygiene

Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand and perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements for the full shift
Comfortable working around heat, noise, and moving machinery
Basic reading, counting, and verbal communication
Reliable attendance and attention to detail
