Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Pine Canyon, AZ.

- Patients per day: 50-60
- Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day - this will not be a locum.
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia.
- Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center.
- Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs.
- Practice Setting: Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required.
- License Required: Active AZ license - IMLC Only.
- Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS.
- Trauma Experience Level Required: I and II.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days.
- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
