- Target coverage is 40 hrs/wk (5 days a week - Mix of 8's, 10's).
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, Gyn, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Neuro (spines), and level II Trauma Cases. Rare Peds & OB optional, Cath Lab, Cardiac (MD Only).

- Credentialing takes 90 days
