About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM managing 20 patients per day with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating ongoing care with 2 medical oncologists, 1 nurse practitioner, medical assistants, and registered nurses. Clinicians must maintain documentation through electronic medical record systems for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology with active California license are required for this clinic-only assignment.
