About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Urology MD in Washington!
Our client in Washington is seeking a skilled Urologist Physician for a 120-day assignment commencing Jun 29, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Friday clinic schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, complemented by a 1:2 weekend call rotation. The chosen Physician will manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions, performing duties such as diagnosing and treating erectile dysfunction, addressing kidney stones, managing male incontinence, conducting cystoscopies, and providing surgical assistance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage clinic operations from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Participate in a 1:2 weekend call rotation, providing 24-hour coverage for 7 days during call weeks.
- Provide yearly refills for patients.
- Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction.
- Address kidney stones and male incontinence.
- Perform cystoscopies and provide surgical assistance.
- Conduct a variety of procedures including catheter placement, STENT placement, TURP, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, circumcision, Shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), orchiopexy, TURBT, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, PVP, and litholapaxy.
