PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced community health center environment
- Manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients per day
- Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient charting and documentation
- Collaborate with onsite pediatricians, mental health therapists, and dietitians
- Provide care to vulnerable populations including migrants and refugees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC or BE
- Licenses: Active WA license required
- DEA: Active WA DEA required
- Experience: Must be experienced with EPIC; experience in community health settings preferred
- Other Qualifications: Must have clean background; must be COVID and flu vaccinated
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Providers interested in multiple locations should only be submitted to their top preference.
- OT is only approved by the HCA/CMO if providers exceed working the daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift.
- Providers must be aware of and comfortable with the patient quota rule before committing to an interview.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pediatric care in an outpatient community health setting.
- Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift.
- Work effectively within a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary support staff including MAs and mental health professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
