Job SummaryThe MWR Coordinator supports the project by overseeing the daily operations of recreational, leisure, and social facilities that enhance the quality of life for personnel stationed overseas. This role plays a key part in delivering safe, well-managed, and engaging programs that contribute to morale and community well-being across the installation. Working within a dynamic multinational environment, the coordinator manages facility assets, and ensures compliance with established standards.
Roles and Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee daily tasks to support recreational, leisure, and social facility operations.
• Oversee the safe and compliant use of all facility spaces, equipment, and activity areas, ensuring adherence to established regulations.
• Assisted with overseeing the general and specialized recreational programs.
• Maintain accountability for measurable assets, including tracking, safeguarding, and documenting equipment and supplies.
• Support the execution of assigned projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare activity summaries, usage logs, and operational reports for leadership review.
• Perform daily duties independently while following established procedures and contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Perform general custodial related tasks to ensure that the facilities are clean for customers use.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Beginner English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an beginner level.
• AED, CPR, and Basic First Aid certification, or completion of required training within one month of hire.
• Previous experience in recreation services, facility operations, or a related support function.
• Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
• Knowledge of sports rules, regulations, and providing activity support.
• Experience operating or supporting audio-visual systems.
• Previous experience in MWR, recreation programs, or housekeeping roles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
