This role is responsible for driving accelerated growth and delivering annual new business budget through effective leadership, talent management and the execution of strategic sales initiatives.
ASM B2Bs are responsible for developing associates and managing to KPIs of their team. Works 1:1 with B2Bs to assist with opportunity prioritization and strategy development.
Negotiate custom pricing programs for prospects and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Pricing, Recruiting, HR, and Sales Ops to achieve shared solutions.
