Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Clinic
The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading healthcare organization to hire an Infusion RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory clinic setting. This role focuses on infusion therapy, care coordination, patient education, triage, and disease management while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary care teams. Flexibility to support other clinic areas as needed is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer infusion medications safely using various vascular access devices
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care independently
Provide patient education and support disease management
Ensure clinic flow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing
Current Montana RN license and BLS certification required
Certification in infusion nursing preferred
Experience with orthopedic and spine patients a plus; must complete specialty education and competency validation if applicable
Skills & Aptitudes:
Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing environments, and maintain professionalism under stress
Schedule: Flexibility required to support various shifts and clinic needs.
