20 operating rooms
5 heart & vascular rooms
6 endoscopy rooms
2 C-section suites
Case Mix: Broad range of general and complex cases, including:
Orthopedic (elective + trauma)
GI, GYN, ENT
Complex vascular, neurosurgery
Interventional cardiology (EP & structural heart)
Full-scope cardiothoracic
Healthy pediatrics
Robotics
Schedule: Mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts
No call required
Supportive, professional, and friendly provider team
Experience preferred, but new graduates (2025 and earlier) will be considered

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED
Michigan License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $112.75/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000 (0.5 FTE or greater, 5-year commitment)
