Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for outpatient plastic surgery centers in Bonita to perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop and deliver anesthesia care (general, deep sedation, MAC), monitor intraoperative status and recovery, and ensure safe discharge. Candidates must hold NBCRNA certification and an active California CRNA license; 2+ years experience and outpatient/ASC/cosmetic anesthesia experience preferred. Role involves collaboration with surgeons and clinical staff, documentation and regulatory compliance in aesthetic procedures (e.g., liposuction, facelifts, rhinoplasty, tummy tucks, breast surgery).
We are seeking CRNA's to join our team in several outpatient Plastic Surgery Centers within the Bonita area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
- Administer general anesthesia, deep sedation, and MAC as appropriate
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recovery
- Ensure safe discharge criteria are met
- Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Procedures include but not limited to:
Aesthetics, breast lifts, LIPO, face lifts, nose jobs and tummy tucks
Qualifications:
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
- Active California CRNA license
- Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferred
- Outpatient, ASC, or cosmetic anesthesia experience strongly preferred
