Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide perioperative anesthesia care at outpatient plastic surgery centers in Escondido. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, developing and implementing anesthesia plans, administering general anesthesia/MAC/deep sedation, intraoperative monitoring, emergence/recovery management, documentation, and collaboration with surgical teams. Requires NBCRNA certification, active California CRNA license, and preferably 2+ years of CRNA experience with outpatient/ASC/cosmetic anesthesia exposure.
We are seeking CRNA's to join our team in several outpatient Plastic Surgery Centers within the Escondido area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
- Administer general anesthesia, deep sedation, and MAC as appropriate
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recovery
- Ensure safe discharge criteria are met
- Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Procedures include but not limited to:
Aesthetics, breast lifts, LIPO, face lifts, nose jobs and tummy tucks
Qualifications:
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
- Active California CRNA license
- Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferred
- Outpatient, ASC, or cosmetic anesthesia experience strongly preferred
